Assessment
Direct, on-site vendor greeting establishes immediate accountability, reinforces access control, and sets clear expectations before work begins. This practice reduces the risk of scope drift, unauthorized access, or miscommunication, particularly at high-value or intermittently occupied residences where owner presence is limited.
