KSES PROPERTY CONDITION OBSERVATION

Observation
During routine exterior walkthrough, a fine horizontal crack was observed forming on the left masonry column at the main gated entry. The crack is visible at lower section of the base of the column approximately 4-8 inches from the base of the column and extends laterally along the width of the column base.

Assessment
At present, the crack appears minor and consistent with early-stage masonry movement or settlement. No displacement, spalling, or moisture intrusion was observed at the time of inspection. While not currently structural in nature, the location and orientation warrant monitoring due to the column’s load-bearing and aesthetic significance.

Action Taken
• Condition documented and logged in the estate condition register
• Baseline photographs captured for future comparison
• Area flagged for monitoring during subsequent walkthroughs
• No immediate corrective action recommended at this time
