KSES PROPERTY CONDITION OBSERVATION

Observation
During a routine interior walkthrough, visible moisture condensation was observed forming on the interior surface of the window glazing along the lower portion of the pane. Moisture accumulation was present at the sill interface, with active droplets indicating ongoing condensation rather than residual moisture.

Assessment
The observed condensation is consistent with elevated interior humidity levels combined with a cold exterior temperature differential at the window assembly. While no evidence of glazing seal failure was observed at this time, persistent interior condensation increases the risk of moisture intrusion into window frames, deterioration of finishes, and localized mold development if left unaddressed.

Action Taken
• Condition documented and logged in the estate condition register . Property Management notified:
• Action recommended to review interior humidity levels in this zone
• HVAC humidity setpoints flagged for adjustment verification
• Window assembly scheduled for follow-up inspection to confirm absence of seal failure or concealed moisture damage
